Este Acuerdo Municipal actualizó el régimen legal del Impuesto de Industria y Comercio, avisos y tableros y sobretasa bomberil; adoptando medidas para la reactivación económica como el régimen simple de tributación y el sistema de retenciones y autorretenciones del ICA.
Con este acuerdo se fijaron las tarifas del Impuesto Predial Unificado y la sobretasa con destino al medio ambiente, dictando de esta manera nuevas disposiciones en materia tributaria.
Cabe resaltar, que los contribuyentes que tengan ingresos entre 300 y 80.000 UVT o superiores y los grandes contribuyentes del ICA deberán practicar mensual o trimestralmente autorretenciones del impuesto, para declarar y pagar dentro de las fechas establecidas.
“Este acuerdo tiene un decreto reglamentario que es el nuevo sistema de retención en la fuente y autorretención en la fuente, que le va a permitir a los contribuyentes ser más eficientes en la presentación de sus declaraciones y en el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones”, aseguró Saharay Rojas, secretaria de Hacienda de Bucaramanga.
